Description:
1. The subject of the contract is "the supply of computer hardware and software for the City Hall in Świdnica in 2025".
2. Detailed description of the subject Orders are included in Annex 9 to SWZ.
3. The applicant does not divide the order and does not allow partial offers. Performer He makes one offer for the implementation of the subject of the contract.
The devices and software offered by the Contractor should be new, high quality, unused and free from material, legal and free defects burden on the rights of third parties. The offered computer hardware and software must meet the minimum requirements for technical and quality parameters specified in the detailed description of the subject of the contract - Annex 9 to SWZ.
5. Detailed requirements for the conditions of implementation The subject of the contract is contained in the proposed provisions of the Public Procurement Agreement, which will be entered into the content of this contract, constituting Annex 8 to SWZ.
6. The equipment must come from the official distribution channel in accordance with the requirements of the manufacturers.
7. Contractor undertakes to perform the subject of the contract with due diligence, in accordance with applicable norms and legal provisions, the principles of contemporary technical knowledge and arrangements made during the implementation of the delivery.
