Description: The subject of the order is the delivery of new computer hardware together with consumables for printing devices for the implementation of the electronic documentation management system (Ezd PUW) at the Warsaw University of Technology.
The supplied equipment together with printers must have full compatibility with the electronic document management system ("EZD") of the Podlasie Voivodship Office.
The EZD system is a basic and intuitive tool for managing electronic documentation, enabling preservation of chancelling and documenting the course of dealing and resolving cases in an electronic way. Details on the project and EMZ PUW system can be obtained on the website: http://ezd.gov.pl.
The supplied equipment together with printer labels must be manufactured after 2020, can not be used and can not be withdrawn from production for the next 3 years.
