Description:
The subject of the order is the delivery of computer equipment, software, matrix servers and deduplicators to the Ordering Party's headquarters. The purchase of equipment and software will contribute to achieving the objective of measure D1.1.2., which is to improve the functioning of the entity, increase the effectiveness of providing services, providing the patient with proper care and better access to information about his or her health by supporting the process of computerization of the health care sector and increasing the level of cybersecurity of the Hospital. The Ordering Party reserves the right, in accordance with Art. 257 of the Act PZP, to invalidate this procedure if the contract under which the Ordering Party is to obtain the funds that the Ordering Party intends to use to finance the order is not signed. As of the date of publication of this SWZ, the Ordering Party's application for co-financing has been assessed positively and recommended for support, but the contract was not signed.
