Brief description of the subject of the order: 1. The subject of the order is: purchase and delivery to the Mechanical Engineering Team No. 1 al. Mickiewicza 5, 31-120 Krakw of computers, a touch screen and a multimedia projector for the equipment of a computer lab, 2. The delivery is made for an educational institution inproperty of art. 43 sec. 9 of the Act of March 11, 2004 on tax on goods and services (current text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 931, as amended), 3. A detailed list of equipment included in the subject of the order is set out in Appendix No. 5 to SWZ - "Description of the subject of the contract" (OPZ).
