Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of computer, server, network equipment and software, in accordance with Annex 1 to the specification.
2. The subject of the contract is divided into 9 Parts:
Lot 1: Network devices
Lot 2: NAS server
Lot 3: UPS
Part 4: Terminals
PtLot #5: Rack and Cabling
Lot #6: KVM Consoles
Lot #7: Server Operating System
Lot #8: Virtualization Software
Lot #9: Backup Software
3. Hardware must be brand new, certified for turnover, free from physical and legal defects, in 100% of the case andmust meet the requirements specified by the Employer in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ. The Ordering Party does not accept the factory-renewed subject of the order.
A detailed description of the subject of the order is contained in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ.
Detailed conditions for the implementation and acceptance of the subject of the order are contained in theconcluded provisions of the contract, constituting Appendix No. 5 to the ToR.
