- The subject of the order is the delivery of computer sets divided into parts:
Part I - delivery of 66 pieces of computer sets,
Part II - delivery of 11 pieces of computer sets.
Concerns parts I and II of the proceedings:
1. The Contractor declares that the equipment offered on the day of signing the acceptance report The equipment cannot be intended by the manufacturer to withdraw from production or from sale.
2. The Contractor shall provide the equipment within 30 calendar days from the date of the conclusion of this contract.
3. The contractor is obliged to deliver the equipment being the subject of the contract to the building of the Marshal's Office in Lublin - ul. Artur Grottger 4.20-029 Lublin, on his own, at its own expense and risk during the office hours of the contracting authority, i.e. from 7.30 to 15.30 on business days.
4. The Contractor will grant a minimum of 36 -month warranty on the subject of the contract. Maximum warranty period on The delivered equipment included in the evaluation of offers is 60 months. The warranty period granted by the contractor is one of the criteria for the evaluation of offers in the proceedings.
5. GWARATION does not exclude, limit or suspend the rights of the Employer arising from the provisions of the warranty law defects. The contracting authority is entitled to exercise rights under the warranty for defects, regardless of the rights arising from the warranty.
