Description:
1) The subject of the order is the delivery of a computer system, which includes:
a) Computer set - 1 pc.,
b) External matrix - 1 pc.,
c) Mounting card with housing - 1 pc.,
d) 32" monitor - 1 pc.,
e) Color correction system control panel - 1 pc.;
2) Detailed description of the itemThe information about the order is attached as Annex No. 2 to the SWZ;
3) The scope of the order includes: purchase of equipment along with its delivery, transport, unloading and bringing it to the place indicated by the Ordering Party. The contractor is obliged to provide free warranty service; .
4) Delivery address: Szkoła Filspeech to them Krzysztof Kieślowski University of Silesia in Katowice, ul. Saint Pawła 3, 40-008 Katowice; .
5) Required minimum warranty period: 24 months;
6) Order completion date: up to 11 days from receipt of the order;
The order completion date is, apart from the price, a criterion for evaluating offers.The contractor may offer a shorter completion date compared to the above. deadline. The offer of the Contractor who offers a shorter order completion time will receive points under this evaluation criterion.
7) Detailed terms of order execution and payment terms are included in the contract template attachedconnector no. 3 to SWZ.
8) The contractor may submit only one offer in the scope of this procedure;
