4.1. The subject of the order is the supply of computers, servers, memory, scanners, workstations, and post -leasing equipment for the University of Lodz.
4.2. The concise description of the subject of the contract is included in the price sheet constituting Annex 1 to SWZ.
4.3. Dostawa includes:
4.3.1. Factory new and not used. (parts 1, 2, 3 and 5)
4.3.2. Used equipment (part 4)
4.4. The concept of "delivery" should be understood as the delivery and risk of devices required by the Employer.
