Description:
1. The subject of the contract is:
Delivery of a computing cluster for the purposes of training and using LLM models in a private cloud environment composed of components described in chapter II SWZ, a computing cluster management package (the package was described in distribution II SWZ), implementation in the location of the contracting authority, provision of the warranty service for devices, providing technical support for the software.
The subject of the contract under the option is to provide services as part of expert hours (in a maximum number of 600 man -hours) to the Employer, According to the description contained in point VII of Chapter II SWZ.
139 of the Public Procurement Law provides for an inverted order of assessment of offers, i.e. he will first examine and evaluate the offers, and then make the subjective qualification of the Contractor, whose offer was the highest rated, in the scope of the lack of grounds for exclusion and meeting the conditions for participation in the procedure.
4. The Ordering Party is the administrator of personal data within the meaning of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27.4.2016 on the protection of natural persons in connection with the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC further "RODO".
