1. The subject of the order is the supply of computing servers intended for:for installation in a 19" ICT cabinet as part of the project entitled: "Obtaining information from electronic media using artificial intelligence and machine learning methods."
2. Detailed requirements regarding the subject of the order constitute an integral part of the description of the subject of the orderia and were included in Part IV of the SWZ, where, in accordance with Art. 99 section 6 of the Public Procurement Law, the contracting authority indicated the criteria used to assess equivalence.
3. The contractor is obliged to provide the ordering party with a quality guarantee and is obliged to perform the services resulting from it. Requirementinformation regarding the warranty are set out in Part III.
4. The delivered item must be brand new, not exhibited at exhibitions, complete and technically functional. The statement "brand new" means the subject of the order in its original packaging, unused for a few daysdelivery, excluding use necessary to test its correct operation after production.
5. The subject of the order must be free from any physical and legal defects and claims of third parties.
