- 1. The subject of the order is the delivery of furniture in accordance with the requirements set out in the description of the subject of the contract, along with their unloading, bringing and setting them up.
2. As part of the subject of the contract, the Contractor will provide the Employer with Factory Factory, due quality, earlier Unused, not using the exhibition at sales outlets, fulfilling the functions and the manner of their use resulting from the description of the subject of the contract.
The "factory new" statement should be understood as furniture that was made of new elements and packed in a factory, and then sold directly to the contracting authority.
The statement of "due quality" should be understood as furniture with a solid construction, a smooth finish, without signs of damage and careful performance.
3. The Contractor will deliver the subject of the contract to the Ordering Party to the address: Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development in Warsaw, ul. Wspolna 30, 00-930 Warsaw.
4. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the conditions regarding the implementation of the subject of the contract can be found in the draft contract constituting Annex 1 to SWZ and in the description of the subject of the contract constituting Annex 1 to the draft contract.
