Description:
1. The subject of the contract is to provide consumables and disinfectants to the central sterilizer to the Ordering Party's headquarters, as described and the requirements contained in Annex 1A-1G to NIN. Specifications.
2. Openses not containing the full scope of the subject of the contract will be rejected.
12 months from the date of delivery.
4. The applicant reserves the right to quantitative changes in the ordered assortment under the value of the concluded contract.
5. Other terms of the contract specify the draft contracts, constituting Annex 3a and 3b to SWZ.
Package 1 - sterilization packaging
1. The subject of the contract is to provide consumables and disinfectants to the Cenal Sterilizer to the Ordering Party, as described and the requirements contained in Annex 1A to the NIN.
2. Opensions do not containing the full scope of the subject of the contract will be rejected.
12 months from the date of delivery.
4. The applicant reserves the right to quantitative changes in the ordered assortment under the value of the concluded contract.
5. Other terms of the contract define contract projects constituting Annex 3A to SWZ.
Package 2 - auxiliary material for marking trays and surgical tools and necessary for work in CS.
