• Description:
• The subject of the order is the supply of brand new, unused consumables for printing and copying devices. The consumables included in the order must be brand new. By the term brand new, the customer understands: product made entirely of new, previously unused, unrefurbished components, without any traces of damage, placed in the manufacturer's packaging, protecting the product after leaving the outer packaging (internal packaging). Each product must contain security enabling recognition of whether a given product has been opened/used before. All delivered materials must be provided with the security measures used by the manufacturer (hologram security sticker placed on the goods and packaging). The ordering party does not allows the offer of regenerated products, refilled products or replacement of any components. The Contractor guarantees that the supplied consumables will be of high quality and will ensure compatibility with the devices. the Ordering Party, ensure proper safety, failure-free operation, will not result in loss of warranty rights of the device manufacturer, so...
