Description:
The subject of the contract is the supply of consumables to printing devices.
Public procurement procedure aimed at concluding a framework agreement. The framework agreement is granted in an open tender procedure
pursuant to art. 311 para. 1 point 1 in connection with art. 132PZP Act. The proceedings are conducted to conclude a framework agreement with one contractor, pursuant to the content of art. 313 para. 1 of the PZP Act. The Employer will provide executive (partial) orders, whose subject is covered by a framework contract.
Detailed description of the subject of the contract specifyAnnexes: 1, 1.1. and 4 to SWZ, i.e. an offer form, assortment and price specification and planned provisions of the contract.
