KRDKS Description of the subject of the order: 2. The subject of the order is the sale and delivery, along with transport, tracking and lodging in the warehouse at the seat of the Pomeranian branch of the Regional Agency for Restructuring and Modernization of Agriculture at ul. Coty 1 in Gdynia, original (consistent with the description of the ordering party included in the list of assortment, referred to in paragraph 1. 1. below) or stewed, factory new, non-refulated and without a ladly damage to external or prior use, consumables for printing and copying devices (black toner cartridges, color toner cartridges, toner consumer cartridges, BBNW, imaging assemblies, etc.), hereinafter referred to as the subject. 3. The Orderer requires the implementation of the order of the decision following the terms and conditions specified in the proposed provisions of the Agreement together with the proceedings, which amounts to the specifications for declarants (hereinafter: SWZ). 4.
