Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of consumables for SA105, SA108, SA132, SA134, SA139,36WEh rail buses and electric traction vehicles EN57AL, EN57AKW, EN76, 48WE/48WEb/48WEd. The description and conditions of implementation are specified in Attachment No. 1 (Offer form), Attachment No. 2.1, 2.2 (Price form for the selected Task), Attachment No. 3 (Contract template) to SWZ.2. The Ordering Party provides for the possibility of exercising the option right during the execution of the order. Important provisions regarding the conditions for activating the option right are specified in § 1 of the Contract Template. 3. The subject of the order is divided into two Tasks with the following scope: Task No. 1 - Adhesives, sealants, removers - the assortment and quantities are specified in Annex 2.1 to the SWZ, Task No. 2 - Various consumables - assortment and quantities are specified in Annex 2.2 to the SWZ,4. SWZ and attachments are available in the "Attachments" tab. 5. Assessment criteria: Net price (C) - 95%, Delivery time (T) - 5%. II. Course of proceedings :The Ordering Party informs that the procedure is conducted in two stages: a) Stage I - submitting offers, b) Stage II - electronic bidding - the bidding will start automatically after the end of Stage I and will last 15 minutes and extra time - sub-stage of Stage II, which the conditions are described in detail in the procedure settings on the Purchasing Platform. Each overtime lasts 3 minutes - it is triggered if another bid is submitted correctly in the last 3 minutes of the procedure...
