Description:
The subject of the order is the delivery of a container with decontamination equipment. Description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) is Annex 1 to SWZ. The subject of the contract offered by the Contractor must meet all the requirements specified by the Ordering Party in Annex 1 to SWZ.
Ordering requires that the offered subject of the contract be brand new
and consistent with all applicable standards and regulations.
Place of order performance, end user:
- Municipal Headquarters of the State Fire Service in Rzeszow.
The contracting authority allows entrusting the performance of part of the contract Subcontractors.
The contracting authority demands that the Contractor indicate in the offer part of the contract, whose performance will entrust to subcontractors, and to provide the names of any subcontractors, if they are already known
The order will be processed on the terms set out in the template of the contract, which are Annex 8 to this SWZ.
The Employer does not require providing security for the proper performance of the contract.
The Employer may annul the procedure for awarding the contract before the deadline for submitting bids, if there have been circumstances causing that the proceedings be continued to be unjustified.
Ordering informs that pursuant to art. 257 of the Public Procurement Law, may annul the procurement procedure if the public funds that the Employer intended to allocate to finance all or part of the contract, were not granted to him
