- Description:
- The subject of the contract is the provision of services for the collection, transport and management of municipal waste from owners of residential properties and from properties with summer houses or other properties used for recreational and leisure purposes in the area. Dmosin Commune (hereinafter referred to as the Commune), as well as the collection, transport and management of municipal waste from the Mobile Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point organized and operated by the Contractor. The contractor is obliged to collect all items displayed on the property/produced on the above-mentioned property. municipal waste real estate.
The contractor is responsible for the systematic collection of unsegregated (mixed) and selectively collected municipal waste in accordance with the schedule, and for its transport and management in waste processing installations in order to achieve recycling levels, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods and limiting the mass of biodegradable waste sent to landfill in accordance with the provisions of the Act on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities, the implementing provisions to the Act and the Regulations on maintaining cleanliness and order in the commune.
As part of waste management, the Contractor is obliged to transfer unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste and bio-waste collected from property owners directly for processing/storage in a municipal installation.
