Description:
1. The subject of the order is: supply of containers for flooding histopathological tests compatible with the Ultra Safe system and safe containers with formaline for the needs of the USK-2 PUM. Description of the subject of the contract and the estimated quantities regarding the products were included in the price formunit (annex 2 to SWZ, hereinafter also as FCj) and the parameter form required. (Annex 2A to SWZ, hereinafter also as FPW)
2. The landing requires offer
a). medical devices (applies to all tasks, all items, excluding item 6 in Zad 1)) - within the meaning of the Act on productsmedical (Journal of Laws 2024.1620, as amended), hereinafter: UOWM), placed on the market and use on the territory of the Republic of Poland in accordance with applicable regulations.
