- Delivery of contrasts, vaccines and medicinal products for the Poviat Health Care Institution based in Starachowice included in packages in amounts depending on the current demand resulting from medical activities. The assortment and price list is attached (Annex No.5 to SWZ) with the name of the pharmaceutical agent in units of measure and the amount of expected consumption in a period of 12 months.
