Description:
1. The subject of the order is the Delivery of a Control and Supervision System for the 220/110kV Łośnice power station.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the order can be found in Part II of the SWZ Description of the Subject of the Order.
3. The delivered devices should be type tested and tested laboratories with an ISO 9001/2000 quality system certificate in the field of trials and tests performed. These laboratories should have a certificate issued by bodies accredited to perform the type tests described above.
4. Each time, in all cases where the Ordering Party describing the subject matter of the contract by reference to the standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in Art. 101 section 1 point 2 and section 3 of the Act, the Ordering Party allows solutions equivalent to those described, if they allow to obtain features or parameters not applicable worse than mentioned. The above means that the contractor may use the solutions described by the Ordering Party "or equivalent".
5. Pursuant to Art. 101 section 5 of the Act, the Contractor who refers to solutions equivalent to those described by the Ordering Party is obliged to demonstrate that the solutions he offers deliveries meet the requirements specified by the Ordering Party, provided that the Contractor proves in the offer, in particular by means of evidence referred to in Art. 104-107 of the Act, that the proposed solutions meet the requirements specified in the description to an equivalent extent before...
