Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of a crawler bulldozer in the form of operational leasing with a purchase option, meeting applicable European standards in the field of occupational safety.
The Ordering Party classified the subject of the order in the Classification of Fixed Assets as:
earthmoving machine i foundations with symbol 580.
2. The crawler bulldozer delivered as part of the order must be new (year of production - not older than 2025), fully operational and free from defects that prevent it from being used as intended.
3. Required technical parameters and equipment of the subject of the order are specified in detail in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ (Form, technical parameters and equipment - column 2 of the table).
4. Terms of operational leasing
a) Duration of the leasing contract: 5 years (60 months).
b) Variable monthly leasing installments according to the schedule (lease installment means: installment with a variable interest rate during the term of the leasing agreement, WIBOR3M).
c) Initial fee of 20% of the net value of the leased item - is not treated as an installment (payable within 10 days of delivery of the subject of the order to the premises of MZGOK).
d) After the expiry of the leasing period, the possibility of purchase the subject of leasing by the Ordering Party.
e) Redemption value of 1% of the net value of the leased item, payable after the duration of the leasing agreement (after paying the last leasing installment and provided that all receivables under the leasing agreement are repaid).
