Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of critical infrastructure equipment as part of the implementation of the task titled: Purchase of a medical base for population protection and civil defense purposes at SPZOZ in Wyszkow2. The description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 2 - Detailed price offer, and Annex No. 5 - Contract template.3. Required dates: Package No. 1 - minimum 36-month warranty for the delivered equipment. Package No. 2 and 3 - minimum 24-month warranty for the delivered equipment.4. Payment deadline for the execution of the subject of the order: 60 days from the date of delivery of a correctly issued invoice to the Ordering Party.5. All requirements included in this ToR and the Annexes constitute minimum requirements.6. The delivered devices must meet the quality conditions in accordance with applicable certificates and standards.7. Delivery of devices will be possible from Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 15:00.
