Description:
1. The proceedings are conducted in order to conclude a framework agreement for the supply of equipment to crossfit.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is Annex 5 and chapter XIX swz.
3. The Contractor will be obliged to grant a minimum of 24 -month warranty and warranty on the assortment delivered,counted from the date of signing without comments by the parties to the acceptance protocol.
4. The contracting authority does not demand the submission of the subjective measures together with the offer.
5. The contracting authority does not allow partial or variant offers.
6. The contracting authority allows entrusting the performance of part of the contractSubcontractors.
7. The contracting authority demands that the Contractor indicate in the offer part of the contract, whose performance will entrust to subcontractors, and providing the names of any subcontractors, if they are already known.
8. Deadline for the contract (delivery): not longer than 20 business days (in accordance with the contractor's offer),counting from the date of acceptance of the demand referred to in chapter XIX § 3 para. 2.
9. The contracting authority does not require the contractors to bring a bid bond.
10. The contracting authority will make changes to the contract in accordance with the provision of chapter XIX swz.
11. Pursuant to art. 257 of the PZP Act, the Employer provides for the annulment of the proceedings,If the public funds he intended to allocate to finance all or part of the contract were not granted to him.
12. 139 of the Public Procurement Law provides for an inverted order of activities, i.e. it may first perform examination and assessment of offers, and then perform the subjective qualification...
