A detailed description of the subject of the skew is specified in the beginning No. 2 to SWZ. The Ordering Party requires that the implementation of the subject of the skew occurs on the terms and principles set out in the template of the STANCIA agreement, Zakzek No. 6 to SWZ and in accordance with the description of the subject of the sort.
