- 2. Delivery of 6,000 tons of stone fattened (a mixture of crushed aggregate from field stone with a fraction of 0-31 mm) along with transport to the place in the Lipno Commune indicated by the Ordering Party. 3. Delivery and transport to the places indicated by the Ordering Party by vehicles with a capacity of up to 20 tons.4. Unloading will take place while the vehicle is moving slowly. The contractor is responsible for the quantity and quality of the order. 5. Arrangements and decisions regarding the execution of the order will be agreed by the Ordering Party with the established representative of the Contractor. 6. The Ordering Party is not liable for any damage caused by the Contractor while performing the subject of the order.7. The ordering party does not allow aggregate from the limestone group. The delivered aggregate should be clean, without any admixtures undesirable materials (metal waste, plastic waste, wooden waste, petroleum substances, oil derivatives).
