Description:
12 The parts offered must:
- strictlymeet the requirements specified in Annex 2.1 to SWZ,
- be original, factory-new, free from defects, meet the relevant quality requirements and the requirements of European standards or Polish standards transferring European standards, as well as not burdened with the rights of third parties,
- meet the requirements specifiedin the contract template.
3. Contractors who:
1) are not subject to exclusion in the circumstances referred to in art. 108 para. 1 of the Public Procurement Law, with the proviso that in the proceedings the contractor is not subject to exclusion in the case referred to in art. 1 point 1 lit. HPZP Act, and in the case referred to in art. 108 para. 1 point 2 of the Public Procurement Law, if the person referred to in this provision was convicted of the crime listed in art. 1 point 1 lit. h of the Public Procurement Law, in addition, they are not excluded in the circumstances referred to in:
