1. The object Orders is the delivery of cyscripts and a video track with cystoscopes and a research registration system under the project entitled "Support for outpatient specialist care and treatment in one -day mode at the Oncology Center of the Lublin Land and medical apparatus to achieve full functionality
and security of full -profile, highly specialized diagnostics and treatment of oncological patients. "
The order was divided into 2 parts:
Part 1 - Cystofiberoscope - 4 set
Part 2 - Video track with cystoscopes and a system Research registration - 1 set
2. As part of the implementation of the subject of the contract, the Contractor undertakes to:
a) delivery of medical apparatus constituting the subject of the contract together with the documents required in SWZ to the headquarters of the Ordering Party;
b) assembly of medical apparatus in indicated by the Ordering Party place;
c) installation and launch of medical apparatus and confirmation of the efficiency of the supplied devices;
