1. The subject of the order is the supply of cytostatics, irrigation fluids, medicinal products and medicinal products from drug programs for Copernicus PL Sp. z o.o. The subject of the contract consists of 123 parts.
2. A detaching description of the subject of the contract specifying the requirements of the Employer and quantity,It is included in Annex 1 to SWZ-the assortment and price form. The contractor, by completing the indicated items in Annex 1 to SWZ, confirms the fulfillment of the requirements set by the Employer.Parts 1-2, 4-16, 18-19, 21-23, 25-48, 50-52, 54-61, 63-66, 68-78, 80-92, 94-118, 120, 122-123;
