Description:
1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of dairy products. Deliveries will be made to the Academy of Justice; place of delivery: Uniform Campus, ul. Wrocawska 193-195, 62-800 KaliszThe contractor will deliver the product manufactured in accordance with: 1) the Act of August 25, 2006 on food and nutrition safety (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1448, as amended) and the implementing regulations to this Act; 2) Act of December 21, 2000 on the commercial quality of agri-food products (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1980) as amended) and implementing regulations to this Act. Supplies will be carried out on business days, in the number and on dates specified by the ordering party, on average twice a week, after prior notification by telephone. Deliveries will be made according to the ordering party's instructions between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. We consider working days to be from Monday to Saturday, except for statutory days days off from work. The Contractor will deliver the subject of the order using its own transport, at its own expense. the means of transport must meet applicable sanitary requirements for the transport of food.
