- Description:
- The subject of the public procurement is the delivery (using the Contractor's own transport, together with bringing it to the warehouse) of dairy products according to the assortment and in the quantities specified in the Price Form, constituting Annex No. 5 to the SWZ. The order covers successive deliveries of dairy products according to the orders placed by the Ordering Party, to the Uzdrowisko Horyniec Sp. feeding point. z o. o. Deliveries will be made at least three times a week: Monday, Wednesday, Friday between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m., based on telephone orders placed on the previous working day. All dairy products must be delivered without signs of spoilage, in a fresh state, not previously frozen. Smells and tastes that indicate lack of freshness are unacceptable. In addition, each delivery of each type of dairy products must be accompanied by labels with information in Polish with a clear production date, shelf life (minimum 14 days), added foreign substances, with PZH certificates. They must have full nutritional value, flavor and appropriate consistency. They must be manufactured and delivered in accordance with the requirements of the SANEPID and the HACCAP system.
