- The subject of the order is the delivery of a decontamination trailer for the Municipal Headquarters of the State Fire Service in Krakow. The vehicle is adapted for use in atmospheric conditions occurring in Poland. Vehicle adapted to outdoor storage. The vehicle is built and equipped in accordance with the provisions of the Act of June 20, 1997 - "Road Traffic Law" (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1251, as amended), together with the implementing provisions to the Act, and the requirements contained in Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of December 31, 2002 on the technical conditions of vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 502, as amended). The vehicle must meet the requirements regarding privileges and markings Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of December 24, 2019 (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 502, as amended) on the technical conditions of vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment. On the day of actual collection, the vehicle must have a complete set of documents enabling the vehicle to be registered in the Transport Department as a special trailer. The vehicle and its bodywork should meet the requirements set out in the Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of June 20, 2007 on the list of products intended to ensure the principles of public safety or protection of health, life and property, as well as the rules for issuing approvals for these products for use (Journal of Laws of 2007, No. 143, item 1002, as amended), as well as the possession...
