Description:
Delivery of dedicated materials and consumables to the Illumina Miseq devices. As part of this order, the Employer provides for a basic order and an option under the right of options. As part of this procedure, the Purchaser provides for the contract under art. 30 paragraph 4 of the PZP. The detailed determination of the subject of the contract is included in Form 1 and Annex No. 1 and their possible modifications constituting an integral part of this SWZ.

Delivery of dedicated consumables and reagent to Illumina Miseq. As part of this procedure, the Purchaser provides for a basic order and an order for the right of options.
