Delivery of a device for deep oscillation, a device for exercising the shoulder joint with elastic resistance, bathtubs for whirlpool massage of the lower limbs and the lumbar section, bathtubs for whirlpool massage of the upper limbs as part of the project entitled "Purchase of equipment for therapeutic rehabilitation for oncology patients"
1.The subject of the order is:
a) deep oscillation apparatus,
b) exercise device shoulder joint with elastic resistance,
c) bathtub for whirlpool massage of the lower limbs and lumbar section,
d) a bathtub for whirlpool massage of the upper limbs
hereinafter referred to individually as equipment or goods, and collectively as equipment or goods.
Detailed descriptions, limit parameters and quantities of equipment are specified in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ (Assortment and Price Form) and in Annexes No. 1a1, 1a2, 1a3 and 1a4 to the SWZ.
