A brief description of the subject of the contract: 1. The subject of the order is the delivery of three defibrillators with cardioversion, stimulation, SPO2 and ETCO2 sensors, NIBP sensors, 12-draining ECG recording for use in medical rescue syndrome with assembly, commissioning and training of designated SPZOZ-ZZ in Makowie Mazowiecki in everyday handling of medical equipment in the assortment and quantities listed in Annex 2B to SWZ - description of the subject of the order. 2. The offered object of the order must meet the requirements of the Ordering Party listed in the description of the subject of the contract, be factory new, non-empty, manufactured not earlier than in 2021 and ready for use as intended without additional purchases of elements and accessories .3. The offered object of the order must be approved for trading and use as a medical device (only applies to medical devices).
