Description:
The subject of the order is the successive delivery of ready-to-wear products to the canteen of Primary School No. 18 with Bilingual Departments in Rzeszow in 2026 in the quantity and quality indicated in the annex to the SWZ. Description of the Subject of the Order. Size/Scope. a) The subject of the order will be implemented successively, in batches according to demand. the Ordering Party on business days from Monday to Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. The maximum deadline for successive deliveries (each batch) is up to 3 business days from placing the order (in writing, by e-mail or by phone). This deadline may be shortened in accordance with the Contractor's declaration the offer included in the print (as part of the non-price criterion, the delivery time after placing the order). b) The Ordering Party requires the delivery of goods free from defects. The Contractor in the event of notification by the Ordering Party that the quality and/or quantity of the delivered articles is inconsistent with the placed order (the goods are defective) is obliged, within 3 hours from the notification by the Ordering Party (in writing or by e-mail or by phone or in person on the basis of a written protocol), to deliver the correct article(s), i.e. free time...
