Description:
1. The subject of the procedure is the conclusion of framework contracts for the supply of shutters, later called the SWZ "assortment".

3) Task No. 3-Delivery of P-5 Office Shuters,

XIX SWZ and Annex 5 to SWZ (suitable for the task).
4. Contractor, in the task nr 1-4 will be obliged to grant 36 months
The warranty and guarantee for the offered range and in task No. 5 will be obliged to grant a 12 -month warranty and a guarantee for the offered assortment.
5. The contracting authority requires an indication in the offer of the manufacturer's contractor and model/type or other data clearly identifying the offered range. If the data clearly identifying the offered assortment is not indicated in the offer, the Employer will reject the offer pursuant to art. 226 para. 1 point 5 of the Act. Under the name "producer" it should be understood the name of the company under which it is sold The offered assortment or entrepreneur placing goods on the market in the territory of the Republic of Poland.
