1. The subject of this order is the delivery of dental devices divided into parts of the order, called Packages:
Package 1: Delivery of the intraoral scanner,
Package 2: Apex meter delivery,
Package 3: Delivery of a dental grease gun.
2. Detailed description of the subject of the order, z detailed in terms of number, type and requirements, was specified in the Forms of required technical conditions, constituting Annexes No. 2.1 - 2.3 to the SWZ, respectively, for Package 1 - 3.
Package 1 Delivery of an intraoral scanner
1. The subject of this order is the supply of an intraoral scanner - under the conditions specified in the Draft Agreement, constituting Annex No. 6 to the SWZ
2. A detailed description of the subject of the order, specifying the type and number of devices, is specified in the Forms of required technical conditions, which constitute Annexes No. 2.1 to the SWZ, respectively.
Package 2 Endometer delivery
1. The subject of this order is the Delivery of an endometer - on the terms specified in the Draft Agreement, constituting Annex No. 6 to the SWZ
