Description:
1. The subject of the order is the conclusion of framework agreements for the supply of departmental forms.
XIX to SWZ.
3. The contractor will be obliged to provide a minimum 12-month warranty i warranty for the delivered assortment.
139 of the Act, provides for the reverse order of activities, i.e. it may first examine and evaluate offers, and then perform subjective qualification of Contractors, whose offers were rated the highest, i.e. will receive positions from 1 to 3 in the offer evaluation criteria, unless fewer Contractors submit offers that cannot be rejected, in the absence of grounds for exclusion.
