Description:
The subject of the order is the delivery of a descriptive station with a PACS system, including implementation, and a system for vacuum-assisted biopsy under ultrasound guidance, divided into 2 parts. The proceedings are conducted in accordance with the Act of September 11, 2019. PZP, (Journal of Laws z 2024 pos. 1320) - hereinafter referred to as PZP, in an open tender procedure with an estimated value exceeding the EU thresholds (Article 132 of the PZP) based on Art. 138 section 4 of the Public Procurement Law. The Ordering Party informs that the order is co-financed by the European Union as part of the National Reconstruction and Resilience Plan, Component D "Efficiency, accessibility and quality of the health care system", Investment D1.1.1 "Development and modernization of infrastructure of highly specialized care centers and other medical entities" - project titled "Improving the availability and quality of medical services in the field of oncology at the Provincial Specialist Hospital in Biała Podlaska", project number: KPOD.07.02-IP.10-0113/24.
