- 1. The subject of the order is the supply of desktop computers, hereinafter referred to as "equipment" for the University of Gdańsk.
2. Code of the classification of the common order dictionary (CPV): 30213300-8-desktop computers.
3. The order includes:
1) for the basic order: 8 pieces of desktop computers A lines Aand 1 piece of a desktop computer B,
2) for an order covered by the law: maximum 2 desktop computers A, maximum 2 desktop computers B.
4. The gibbal description of the subject of the contract was specified in the description of the subject of the contract - Annex 6 to SWZ.
5. Endinghas the option of exercising the right of options, consisting in increasing the amount of equipment ordered as part of the basic order, on the principles and mode described below:
1) The contracting authority provides for the possibility of ordering the contractor to the contract under the option of the option within 3 working days from the date of conclusioncontracts by submitting a written declaration of will to launch an option containing the determination of the amount and type of equipment indicated by the Contractor in the offer form - Annex 1 to SWZ,
2) The value of the equipment ordered under the law of the option will be in line with unit pricesindicated by the Contractor in the offer form - Annex 1 to SWZ,
3) exercising the right of the option does not constitute a change of the contract, the Contractor is not entitled to any claims against the contracting authority, if the contracting authority does not exercise the right of the option - the decision to perform the order.covered ... - Documents:
