Description:
The subject of the order is the supply of 50 sets of desktop computer sets. (the set includes a computer, monitor, keyboard and mouse, cabling), portable computers (laptop) in the amount of 30 sets. (the set includes a laptop computer, docking station, monitor, keyboard and mouse, wiring). A license for the operating system and office suite software must be provided for each computer.3. The detailed scope of obligations to perform the subject of the order and the obligations of the parties are specified in the draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex No. 4 to the SWZ, as well as the Description of the subject order constituting Appendix No. 3 to SWZ.4. The ordering party sets the warranty period for the delivered equipment and its operation in accordance with the documentation at 36 months.5. The ordering party does not specify additional requirements regarding the employment of persons by the contractor or subcontractor on the basis of an employment relationship.6. The ordering party does not specifies additional requirements related to the employment of persons referred to in Art. 96 section 2 point 2 of the Public Procurement Law.7.
