Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of desktop computers under the framework agreement.
2. Post. has been divided into 2 below parts:
part 1 post.: Delivery of PCs type III - in the amount of 200 pieces,
part 2 Post.: Delivery of PCs type IV - in the amount of 1,000 pieces.
delivery includesNew computers, not older than 6 months from the date of their production, meeting all the minimum requirements described in Annexes number 6.1, 6.2 to SWZ.
res. provides for the conclusion of a framework agreement with three performed (in each part of the procedure), whose offers will prove to be the most favorable amongall submitted offers in terms of the criteria for evaluation of offers specified in chapter XVII SWZ.
3. Performed can submit an offer in one or two parts of the post. The maximum number of parts in which it can submit an offer: 2. It is required to submit an offer to the whole range specified in individual part.orders.
4. In relation to the condition specified in art. 100 of the Public Procurement Law on the availability of disabled people referred to in the 2014/24/EU of the Council of the European Parliament and of February 26, 2014 on public procurement (Journal of Laws of Eue.l No. 94, p. 65),
5. Requirements inemployment scope based on an employment relationship. There is no actions related to the implementation of the order, consisting in the performance of the packet in the manner specified in art. 22 § 1 of the Act of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 277).
