Delivery of a device for compression therapy, a fatel for resistance exercises of the lower limb, and devices for kinesitherapy as part of the project entitled "Purchase of equipment for therapeutic rehabilitation for oncology patients"
1.The subject of the order is:
a) compression therapy device,
b) chair for lower limb resistance exercises,
c) kinesiotherapy device,
d) kinesiotherapy device
hereinafter referred to individually equipment or goods, and collectively equipment or goods.
Detailed descriptions, limit parameters and quantities of equipment are specified in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ (Assortment and Price Form) and in Annexes No. 1a1, 1a2, 1a3 and 1a4 to the SWZ.
