Delivery of a local cryotherapy device, a focused shock wave, and a device diagnostic and therapeutic device for upper limb rehabilitation, radiofrequency device as part of the project entitled "Purchase of equipment for therapeutic rehabilitation for oncology patients"
1.The subject of the order is:
a) local cryotherapy device,
b) focused shock wave,
c)device diagnostic and therapeutic for upper limb rehabilitation,
d)radio frequency device
hereinafter referred to individually as equipment or goods, and collectively as equipment or goods.
