- 1. The subject of the order is the supply of fire and flood protection equipment for the implementation of tasks arising from the Civil Protection and Civil Defense Program. The scope of the order includes the supply of the following equipment: a) floating pumps for contaminated water, 3 pcs., b) foaming agent 3% - 3,400 l, c) foaming agent 1% - 180 l, d) special leather shoes 100 pcs., A detailed description of the subject of the order is presented in the attached documentation.2. The subject of the order must meet the requirements and be compliant with: 1) Polish Standards transposing European harmonized standards, occupational health and safety and fire protection regulations, 2) CE declaration of conformity (Conformit Europnne),3) provisions contained in the SWZ and the draft contract, which constitutes Annex No. 3 to the SWZ,3. The types of equipment and devices specified in the description of the subject of the order are provided to determine the technical standard. The contractor has the right to replace them with equipment devices with at least equivalent technical parameters, provided that the assumed technical standards are achieved.
