1. The subject of the contract is:
Basic order:
Delivery of devices with software, licenses and subscriptions for the needs for the purposes of expansion operated by the Employer SDN network, i.e.
Leaf 1/10/25G Ethernet access switches in SDN mode - 20 pieces,
1.1.1.2. Leaf 100/200/400G Ethernet access switches in SDN mode - 2 pieces,
1.1.1.3. OOB Management switches - 12 pieces,
1.1.2. Removal of the solution in locations and the implementation and delivery of as -built documentation,
1.1.3. provision of technical support for Software and warranty service for devices.
Order under the option described in point "Renewal and options".
The ordering party pursuant to art. 139 of the Public Procurement Law provides for an inverted order of evaluation Offers, i.e. first to examine and evaluate the offers, and then perform the subjective qualification of the Contractor, whose offer has been the highest rated, in the scope of the lack of grounds for exclusion and meeting the conditions for participation in the procedure.
4. The Ordering Party is the administrator of personal data within the meaning Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27.4.2016 on the protection of individuals in connection with the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, "GDPR".
