Description:
1. The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of 8 pieces (additionally 4 pieces as an option) TETRA MTS4 base stations, complete with 3 base radios (3 BR) along with GPS antennas and lightning arresters.
2. The Ordering Party will first examine and evaluate the offers, and then make subjective qualifications
performers, whose offer was rated the highest in terms of lack of grounds for exclusion
3. In connection with
139 section 1, the Ordering Party does not require submission with the offer
declaration referred to in Art. 125 section 1uPzp. The ordering party will demand this
declarations only from the contractor whose offer will be rated the highest. 4. On
pursuant to art. 257 points 1 of the Act on Public Procurement, the Ordering Party reserves the right to cancel
proceedings.
