Description:
The subject of the order is the supply of devices, the expansion and modernization of the Wrocław preventive monitoring system using the LMDS radio communication system infrastructure.
The contracting authority requires that the order be completed completely, to the full extent and in accordance with the requirements of the Ordering Party specified in these OPZ, SWZ and the terms of the contract.
The contracting authority requires that the order be made with due diligence, based on proven, modern technologies, using contemporary knowledge related to the subject of the contract, with respect for all applicable legal provisions.
The contracting authority requires that the devices offered by the Contractor be homogeneous (i.e. it is forbidden to offer and then deliver various models of devices, the devices must be identical as part of the model).
Due to the need to provide solutions compatible with each other, The contracting authority requires that all supplied accessories and accessories come from a catalog of accessories dedicated to the offered device model. The contractor is obliged to provide relevant documents confirming the compatibility of technical solutions in the event that the offered elements come from a manufacturer other than the manufacturer of this device.
All offered devices, accessories and accessories must be publicly available on the market, i.e. to be produced as standard and be in the current offer of their manufacturers.
