Description:
1. The subject of the proceedings is to determine the framework conditions for the award and implementation of Executive Orders during the period of validity of the Framework Agreement.
The Contractor provides the Ordering Party with a signed Executive Order, which is tantamount to concluding an Executive Agreement and proceeding with the execution of the Order.
3. Under the Implementation Agreements, the Ordering Party will purchase Devices together with the Management System for the implementation of task C6aG of Component C "Digital Transformation" in the National Reconstruction and Recovery Plan. Increasing Resilience (i.e. modernization of school access networks) in accordance with the Detailed description of the subject of the order (hereinafter referred to as SOPZ) included in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ.
4. The subject of the Executive Agreements will be:
1) Delivery of Devices (maximum number subject to the contract):
a) access points internal (AP-I) - 9,000
b) external access points (AP-O) 40
c) 12-port switches with PoE power supply (SW-12P) 800
d) 24-port switches (SW-24) 800
e) 24-port switches with PoE power supply (SW-24P) - 5,000
f) 48-port switches with PoE power supply (SW-48P) 400
g) power supplies PoE (ZAS) - 1,000
h) SFP optical inserts (SFP) - 3,400
2) providing the Ordering Party with a Management System along with its provision and initial approval configuration, described in point 13 of the SOPZ;
